Duke von Dattelln is a stunning 11-12 month old long haired German Shepherd mix with a charming and friendly personality that is hard to resist. While he might think he's a lap dog and try to crawl in your lap, Duke's gentle nature shines through in how he greets everyone with a smile and plenty of wags. This boy walks right by your side on walks, often checking in with you, and maintaining a nice pace. In playgroups, Duke is both respectful and fun-loving. He likes to initiate play but listens well to dogs who aren't interested, then truly lights up when he finds a playmate who shares his love for gentle play and chasing about. Duke is eager to find a home where he can shower his new family with affection and attention. Another playful pup would be great but no kitties please. Duke is currently located at the Westside rescue facility in Los Angeles, CA, but can be adopted and transported anywhere is the US and Canada. Transport costs vary based on destination. Ground and air transportation is available to most locations within the US (Except Hawaii) and Canada. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue.
