MEET DUKE! Who needs a Duke to add to their brood? This man is looking for a new throne to call his own! He is a 2.5 year old, solid white, male Standard Poodle. He is 52.6 lbs. We rescued him a matted mess and after all of his hair was shaved we saw he was thinner than we realized. He could stand to gain a few pounds. He is such a sweet boy, but also full of energy. He would love a fenced in yard and a home without cats. Standard Poodles are renowned for being highly intelligent, affectionate, and athletic companions and he is no exception to the rule. They are famously goofy and playful, they can also be sensitive to loud noises and chaotic environments. They thrive on mental stimulation, human connection, and daily exercise. So please sure you have the right set up for this stoic boy! He is heartworm negative, microchipped, neutered, dewormed, flea treated, up to date on all of his vaccinations for the year and is on monthly heartworm prevention.
