Snooty entered Chula Vista Animal Care Facility as a stray, and sadly, he wasn't claimed. It's hard to imagine that someone wasn't missing this super friendly, lovey-dovey cutie pie. Snooty is estimated to be 10 years old and weighs 71 lbs. Because of a front limb deformity and arthritis, he's not built for long walks, stairs, or high-energy adventures - he's much more of a "Netflix and chill" kind of guy. Snooty gets along well with other dogs and has been wonderful at adoption events, where everyone falls in love with his gentle, easygoing personality. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's all about cuddles and couch time, this charming fellow could be your perfect match! Snooty has been living in a foster home, and his foster mom has only wonderful things to share about him: "This adorable low rider loves cuddles, naps, slow walks in his booties, being a baked potato, meeting new friends, and giving kisses. He is 100% house-trained and exhibits no separation anxiety. Snooty will do best in a home with limited stairs in his area. Our typical day starts with morning cuddles, then we put his booties on to go outside. Snooty drags his front paws, so the booties protect them from injury. He rides in a wagon when we go on pack walks. Snooty is great in the car. He loves a trip to the park to run bootie free in the grass after the squirrels and birds. When foster mom goes to work Snooty sits by the door for about 10 minutes, and then settles in nicely. He manages his time between naps, chew toys, bird watching, and more naps.
