About Spritz
Spritz arrived at the San Jacinto Shelter in rough shape—thin, neglected, and needing real care. Even so, she greeted the staff and volunteers with warmth and affection. Brought in as a Frosted Face on March 24th, Spritz is about 10 years old and has proven herself as an old soul with a gentle spirit. She knows basic commands like sit, stay, and shake (with both paws), thrives on attention, and absolutely loves to be close to people. In foster care, her foster mom shared how Spritz’s big, soulful eyes have a way of drawing people in. She enjoys peaceful days, loves head, ear, and butt scratches, and is content to follow her person from room to room. Spritz is house trained, calm, and very quiet. She doesn't need long walks—just short strolls at her pace. She walks well on leash, shows little interest in chasing or reacting to other dogs or people, and rides well in the car (especially in the backseat). A yard with secure fencing is ideal since she likes to dig up a cool spot to lay in the shade. Spritz is happiest on the couch or curled up in a comfy chair and would do best in a single-story home.
