He’s affectionate once he warms up and loves people and dogs, but he’s shy and needs time to build confidence. Must have: Another dog to mentor him, A calm, patient home with someone who understands shy dogs and can help him continue learning trust. Exercise: Moderate — short walks and relaxed playtime in a fenced yard. Best with: A quiet household, ideally with an experienced adopter and another gentle dog to help him settle. Not ideal for: Loud or busy homes, or families with very young children. Energy level: Medium — balanced between playful and laid‑back. Angus is crate trained, working on house training, and learning leash manners. He’s gentle, affectionate, and sweet — the kind of dog who will thrive with love, patience, and routine. Good with dogs: Yes Good with kids: Older, dog‑savvy kids (12+) recommended. Cats: Unknown — can be tested. Fun fact: Angus may take a minute to warm up, but once he trusts you, he’ll be your quiet shadow and constant friend.
