About Moose

Moose is a 9-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound mix who has spent much of his life moving from one home to another. Despite all the changes, Moose remains a sweet dog who genuinely enjoys spending time with people and soaking up the sun in the yard. He has a particular nature with other dogs—sometimes selective about his friends, but his manners have improved steadily while training at Dog World. If there’s already a dog in your home, a careful introduction is a must to make sure everyone is comfortable. At the moment, Moose is continuing his obedience training off site. An approved adoption application is required before arranging a meet and greet with him. Moose is looking for a steady place to finally settle down and get the attention he deserves.
