About Ogden
OgdenâOggie Doggie if you want to see his tail wagânever takes a day off from enjoying life. Heâs all about people and attention, especially if youâre handing out armpit scratches or ear rubs. At five years old, Ogden is a hound/pointer mix with plenty of size and a ton of personality. Heâs a true social butterfly with other dogs, thriving on rough-and-tumble games of chase and wrestling. Thereâs a bit of a bossy streak with male dogs, so he does best with a playful female companion. Oggieâs energy level is high and he needs a large, secure yardâa five-foot fence at minimum, because anything shorter just wonât hold him if a rabbit catches his eye. Plush toys meet their end quickly in his jaws, only to be ceremoniously buried in shallow backyard graves. Expect plenty of laughter; Ogdenâs antics are relentless. He isnât built for long stints in a crateâhe wants to be out and about, with space to play and explore. Ogden is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and current on heartworm and flea prevention. Born February 21, heâs a Pisces, which explains that mix of playfulness and charm. Ogden is in Indianapolis, IN, waiting for a home ready to keep up with him. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
