About Anakin

Meet Anakin! He’s around 7 years old, landed at the shelter through no fault of his own, and is waiting for a fresh start. At first, Anakin can be hesitant with new people, but he gets comfortable pretty quickly and leans into companionship. When he arrived, his skin was red and itchy, but he’s recovering well each day. Age hasn’t slowed Anakin down—he still loves to hang out outdoors and lights up when he gets to play with his stuffed animal toys. He’d be thrilled if you stopped by during open hours (and maybe brought a new toy). Anakin is looking for someone who sees past the number and values the loyal years ahead.
