About Bean
Bean came from a puppy mill, but she’s not what you’d expect—her spirit is still intact. Bean is shy at first, but she warms up with sweetness and a dash of attitude. She likes people of all kinds and gets along well with other dogs, especially those who are calm and don’t overwhelm her. Bean absolutely loves food and is motivated by treats, which helps as she learns about housebreaking. She’s crate trained, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Bean is still working on her leash manners, but, true to her dachshund roots, she prefers a fenced yard where she can do her own thing. A home with another gentle dog would suit her best. If you’ve wanted to meet a true unicorn among puppy mill survivors, Bean is that rare find. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
