About Silas

Silas came in with his brother Lemmy after they were found making the rounds in a Minneapolis neighborhood. Though they handled outdoor life, both Silas and Lemmy much prefer indoor comforts. Silas is about two years old, a black and white tuxedo cat with a curious, persistent streak and a sociable personality—he’s the type to weave around your legs and greet anyone willing to pet him. He gets along well with other cats and truly bonds to his people, but because he likes to be underfoot, a household with senior residents or anyone with balance issues might not be the best fit. Silas knows what he likes when it comes to food (Purina One Tender Selects and Friskies pâté) and absolutely needs plenty of scratching posts and cat furniture to keep him entertained. He and Lemmy are a bonded pair—where one goes, the other follows. Silas is smart and affectionate, ready to find a home where his social nature will be appreciated. What are you waiting for?
