About Hazey
Hazey is a unique blend of Doberman Pinscher and Shepherd with a dash of whimsy, as if a baby deer and a tiny life coach had a puppy. At about 6 months old and weighing in around 20 pounds, she'll likely fill out into a lovely medium-to-large companion. Hazey already knows “sit,” is kennel trained, and nearly 100% potty trained, showing she’s sharp and eager to learn—especially for treats. She’s gentle and a little shy at first, preferring to flatten herself on the floor and take her time warming up to new people. Once Hazey feels comfortable, she’s a quiet, calm presence, happy to curl up in her own spot but always checking in with her humans. She adores sunbathing in the grass and quietly exploring her backyard, showing off her independent streak. Hazey prefers to initiate cuddles and lets you into her circle on her own terms. She’d thrive in a home with another dog to help her confidence grow and model the ropes. Her hobbies include collecting shoes (but not chewing them), sampling cheeses and raspberries, and keeping an eye on kitchen towels—just to keep things interesting. Hazey responds best to gentle encouragement and lots of praise. While she’s not a fan of vacuums, she tolerates them from a safe distance. Her energy falls on the mellow side; she’s sweet, funny, and tender without being needy. If you’re searching for a soft-hearted puppy with a playful spirit and a talent for stealing snacks and shoes (for boutique display purposes only), Hazey would love to be your new shadow.
