About Hope
Hope is a small, very sweet female dog thought to be a chihuahua/dachshund mix, maybe with a little min pin. She’s around 1–2 years old and weighs about 11 pounds. Hope came into rescue from a tough situation; she was pregnant and had to have an emergency c-section that ended in the loss of her pups. Since then, she’s been cared for alongside loving foster humans, and even took her flight to Galt, CA thanks to volunteer pilots. Despite everything, Hope gets along well with other dogs and is especially loving toward people. She appreciates a cuddle and seems to choose happiness each day. Her energy is gentle and calm, with a spark of playfulness when she feels safe. Now clean and healthy (after arriving covered in grime and oil), she is fully spayed, house trained, and up to date on rabies and DAPP vaccines, as well as flea-free. She’s ready for a new home full of love and new beginnings. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
