Meet Cooper This sweet and tiny boy had a heartbreaking start to life. He was thrown out of a car in a plastic bag with his brother who sadly did not survive. He is now in a wonderful foster home getting the love he deserves. He is about 9 weeks old and incredibly mellow and very quiet. He loves to snuggle with his human. He is dog, cat, and kid friendly. This sweet boy is ready for his forever home. He is currently doing great with potty training.
