About Riley
Riley is a tiny, fearless Beagle mix who believes she’s in charge. She makes everyone laugh with her goofy attitude, happy tail wags, and fascination with toys and treats. Riley's always ready to explore and refuses to miss a single adventure, whether it's sniffing around the yard or investigating new spaces. All that energy melts away when the fun winds down—then she transforms into a top-tier snuggler who soaks up all the attention she can get. Riley isn't house trained yet and, like any young puppy, will need patience, routine, and a flexible schedule from her adopters. She enjoys the company of friendly dogs and gets along well with children. Since she's only two months old, expect the usual puppy behaviors: chewing, the occasional accident, and lots of need for basic training and socialization. She has received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is already spayed. Once she’s finished her stay with the rescue’s partner in Alabama, Riley will make her way up to South Portland, ME, in late June, ready for her new family. Give her a chance—she’ll give you a home full of laughs, puppy kisses, and constant joy. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
