Meet Laurie, an 11-week-old fluffy sweetheart with a shaggy coat, a playful personality, and a face that is impossible to resist. Laurie came to us alongside her parents, who have since found homes of their own, and now it is her turn to find a family to call her own. Laurie’s dad was a 30 pound doodle mix and her mom was a 10 pound Yorkie/Maltese mix, giving her the cutest scruffy look and a sweet, loving disposition to match. Like most puppies her age, Laurie is curious, silly, and always ready for her next adventure — whether that is playing with toys, exploring the world around her, or curling up for a nap after a busy day of puppy fun. She is currently in foster care where she is working on house training, learning routines, and building confidence. Laurie is still very young, so her future family should be prepared for all the fun (and work) that comes along with raising a puppy, including continued training, socialization, and plenty of patience as she grows.
