Meet Augie, an 11-week-old fluffy little sweetheart with a shaggy coat, gentle personality, and an adorable face that melts everyone he meets. Augie came to our shelter with his sister and is now ready to find a loving home of his own. Augie is dog and cat friendly! Augie’s dad was a doodle mix and his mom was a Yorkie/Maltese mix, giving him that perfect scruffy puppy look along with a soft, sweet temperament. He is a playful, curious puppy who enjoys exploring, playing with toys, and following his people around wherever they go. Augie tends to be a bit more of a “follower,” happily taking cues from his humans and staying close by for comfort and reassurance. He is currently in foster care where he is learning all the basics of puppyhood, including house training, crate routines, and early socialization. Like any young puppy, Augie will need a family committed to continued training, patience, and helping him grow into a well-rounded adult dog.
