Meet #Fielding Last week, this handsome boy had everyone worried after he was spotted out on the run. After some time, patience, and teamwork, he was safely trapped and brought here to the shelter. And honestly? We truly cannot believe no one has come forward looking for him. Because this boy very clearly belonged to someone at some point. Fielding came in in wonderful condition. His fur was unbelievably soft… like he had just had a bath before finding himself out there alone. He’s clean, well-mannered, gentle, and seems very familiar with being someone’s companion. We don’t know his exact age, but we’re guessing maybe around 3 years old and about 38-40lbs.. He is light on his feet, walks so nicely on a leash, and has such a calm, sweet presence about him. Yesterday he got to spend some time with our junior volunteers for a little photo day and he soaked up every second of the attention They captured so many adorable pictures of this sweet boy and we can already tell he just wants to be loved. Now we would really love to find Fielding his second chance. A warm home. A family who will never let him wonder where he belongs again.
