Meet Igor. Are you looking for a sweet, sweet laid-back pup as a companion? Igor was an owner surrender, severely matted with no vetting done. But now, this loving little pup has been groomed and vetted and seeking his forever home. Igor is an approximately 8/9 year old male Shih Tzu. He weighs about 14 lbs. He is very well behaved, has good manners and will bark to go outside to go potty. Igor loves attention and has such an adorable personality. He is blind in one eye and has some dry eye in the other one. When we first got him, he was stiff and slow moving. Now that he is groomed and vetted and getting plenty of exercise and he is really moving and having a great time enjoying his new life. Can you please help us find him a forever home?
