About Ocelot Best Friends With

** In order to adopt a kitten from HSMC, you must live within an hour of the shelter. You will initially "foster to adopt" the kitten and then the adoption will be finalized when they are brought back for their spay/neuter surgery. You may need to bring the kitten back for vaccines and exams prior to their spay/neuter surgery** This darling little guy is the adorable, Ocelot. This little cutie and his brother, Cheetah were brought to us as tiny kittens and have been lucky enough to spend time in a foster home, which is where they currently reside. These adorable boys has an estimated birthdate of 3/08/26, so they're just 10 weeks old. Ocelot is a sweet little guy who has lots of energy and is quite the adventurer. He is a big climber and a real fan of kitty trees and climbing towers! He loves nothing more than cuddling, running around and playing with his brother. Ideally this little cutie should be adopted with his BFF, Cheetah. Kittens adopted in pairs do so much better than single kittens. Single kitten syndrome is a real thing and no one wants a Kittenzilla in their home. Kittens adopted in pairs have less behavioral issues, keep each other occupied and entertained, and are happier long-term. Plus you save two lives instead of one! It's the best arrangement possible. Ocelot and Cheetah both get along great with other cats as there are adult cats, and other foster kittens in their foster home. They haven't been around dogs so we don't know for sure how they feel about them, but being so young they would be just fine around dogs who are gentle and cat friendly. These sweet boys are great with children as well, and have endless energy for playing and running around. Of course, since they're so small care must be taken to protect them from being unintentionally injured by children or larger animals, or being stepped or say on. Would you like to meet these sweet boys and make them a part of your family? If so, please complete an application and schedule a meet and greet. Remember that this cute duo lives in a foster home and is not at the shelter, so a meet and greet must be scheduled.
