Tommy was found living on the streets in Puerto Rico before making his way to rescue, and now he is ready to find a forever family of his own. Despite his rough start, he is a cheerful, affectionate dog who loves everyone he meets. He does wonderfully with cats, dogs, and kids, making him a great fit for many different types of homes. Tommy is crate and potty trained and has settled nicely into home life.
