Meet Wendy! This sweetheart recently arrived to SPCA Cincinnati all the way from the island of St. Lucia, where she was rescued. She is adjusting to life in a whole new country, but is just happy to be around people and get all the love and treats she can imagine. Wendy is 2 years old, but her adorable face and smaller stature make her appear like a permanent puppy. She is wiggly and excitable, unable to sit still when there's a friend or a tasty snack in front of her. We are still learning all the facets of Wendy's personality, so we aren't sure exactly how she feels about other dogs or kids- but we encourage all family members to visit at the shelter to make sure she'll be a perfect addition to the pack.
