Meet Phoebe! This sweet girl recently came to SPCA Cincinnati through our Shelter2Shelter transport program. She has traveled a long way, and is now looking to settle down and find a place of her own. While we are still learning a lot about Phoebe's personality day to day, what we already know is that she is a LOVER! This sweet girl adores people and has made friends with every person she's met at the shelter. She went to an offsite adoption event on May 20th, and was an absolute star- enjoying all the attention and being easy to handle even through the chaos of a lot of people and dogs nearby.
