About Princess Purrdita
Princess Purrdita is one of two lively kittens raised alongside Portia, who took her in during a challenging time. Portia, rescued during a TNR effort in West Point, MS, arrived in rough shape but never wavered in her care for Purrdita and Sir Purrsalot. As she healed from a serious snake bite, her warmth and gentle spirit came shining through—and the kittens followed her lead. Purrdita is a classic kitten: bright, playful, and eager to explore, but a bit reserved with strangers at first. She will flourish in a home where kids understand how to give her some gentle space and time to build confidence. Her future adopter should know young kittens like her should never be kept alone—so she’ll need to go home with a sibling or join a family with a playful, cat-friendly resident. Sweet Paws Rescue puts in a lot of care to make sure their animals start off healthy, and Purrdita will be current on all vaccinations at adoption time. The first year has lots of routine vet care ahead too. Sweet Paws’ volunteers ask that adopters apply only once they’re certain and ready to commit. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
