Rasko is a new resident at VBACAC, surrendered because of his allergies to pollen, certain carpet, chicken and milk bones. *Please note keeping up with allergy meds might be a financial issue. Rasko is sweet and affectionate. He loves to play with toys and other friendly social dogs! Rasko enjoys car rides and being near his humans. He did not like the human baby getting near his food though.
