MEET FLOWER 🌼🌸🌷🌻 📍Tampa, FL Lab/Pitty Mix 2yo 45lbs Female Will be fully vetted after 5/28 Flower is a beautiful lab/pit mix who hasn’t had the easiest start to life. She was found on the side of the road with her baby, skinny and starving, and covered in fleas. Her and her baby tested positive for Parvo and spent a few days at North Bay to be monitored. Flower was released a few days prior to her daughter and went into a foster home once she tested negative! **Flower’s face/nose is healing from an incident where she was able to get out of her wire crate when she first came to us :( From Flower’s foster: She’s gotten really good with the crate, does great on walks, and walks nicely on the leash. She doesn’t fully know her name yet, but she responds well when you call her over or make little kissy sounds for attention. She’s also doing amazing around other dogs. She ignores barking completely, and if a dog is friendly with her she gets really excited and wants to play. Overall she’s doing really great! Flower does have some separation anxiety, understandably so. She will do best with: 🌼 an owner home more often than not 🌼 another friendly dog in the home to show her the ropes 🌼 an owner willing to continue working with her on her crate training & separation anxiety Flower is available for a foster to adopt as she is scheduled to be vetted on 5/28. At this appointment she will be spayed, microchipped, and receive her vaccines. This is a prepaid appointment at Planned Pethood in Wesley Chapel and cannot be missed.
