About Rider

Rider is a sweet, playful pup who brings a lot of heart to everyday life. At just 15 weeks and around 20 lbs, he’s already showing a great temperament and curiosity about the world. Rider came to rescue with his siblings and their mom, a German Shorthaired Pointer, so he has a great foundation in family bonds. This guy has picked up on house routines quickly—he’s almost fully house trained, does really well in his crate at night, and hops into the car without fuss. Rider shares his home with three other dogs and always wants to join in playtime. He also gets along wonderfully with the toddler in the house, adapting well to a busy family setting. He’s always close by, following his people and eager to learn what’s next. Bonus: if you lose socks under the couch, he’ll probably track them down for you. Rider is currently in Alexandria, VA.
