Meet Ruby Ruby was found abandoned in Chelsea. She was found under a porch for over a week.  The homeowner built a shelter for her and made sure she had food and water every day before we came out and rescued her Ruby is a love of a girl.  She's a very loyal cat that loves to be with people.  She's not thrilled about other cats, dogs and small children.  A quiet home is ideal for her where she can be doted and loved every day.  In return, Ruby will give back all the love and more.
