Paris has weathered a tough start but never lost her gentle nature. She and another mama cat, London, arrived at the rescue from an outdoor colony, each bringing a handful of kittens with them and sharing the care for all as if they were their own. Paris, small and initially mistaken for much younger, always took on the more active mom role but was also patient and protective—comforting her kittens and London herself. Even after losing an eye at some point before rescue, she kept her spirits up, nursed her kittens, and greeted humans with affection, following them around for company and a friendly chat. Paris recently had her eye socket surgically closed to ensure she stays healthy. Her resilience stands out: after all she’s been through, she still loves people and seeks affection. She settles in easily and would thrive with most families, though she and London have that rare bond if someone has room for two.
