CURRENTLY IN BOARD AND TRAIN Cooper was pulled from a euthansia list at kerr county animal control. His owner found him as a stray and kept him for a few months before she surrendered him. He was placed on the list because the previous owner said he was not dog friendly. We are unable to dog test them at the county shelter so owner notes are the only information we have.KPA pulled him to place him in a two week board and train to build some confidence and see how he interacts with other dogs.
