About Penny
Penny is a medium-coated, 4-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer/Heeler mix with chocolate and white coloring. She’s a sweetheart with a gentle, loving nature, and she packs a good amount of energy into her days. Penny thrives when spending time with people and has a habit of sticking close by, showing just how much she values your company. If you’ve got an active lifestyle, she’ll keep up—whether it’s long walks, ball-chasing sessions, or romps in the woods. After playtime, she’s the perfect cuddle companion for quiet evenings. Penny gets along well with other dogs, has plenty of experience at doggy daycare, and hasn’t had any issues fitting in. She’s got a playful streak but also knows how to relax. She’s house trained, spayed, and has her vaccinations up to date. Penny loves chew toys, chicken treats, carrots, and watermelon, and doesn’t mind lounging with you while watching old westerns. She’s not a fan of bath time or being left alone all day, but overall, she simply wants a family who will give her the time and attention she deserves. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
