About Rose
Rose is a two-year-old Belgian Shepherd/Malinois who landed in rescue after wandering into a yard on injured pawsāevidence of a rough start, but she hasnāt let that dim her spirit. Fully vetted and healthy now, sheās transformed into the ultimate loyal sidekick: gentle, deeply devoted, and always ready for a game of fetch or a session of serious cuddling. Rose is sharp and eager to pleaseāalready house trained, solid on her basic commands, and quick to pick up new cues if treats or toys are involved. She steals sticks, belly rubs, and hearts in equal measure. With dogs, she does well (with proper introductions), but cats and small animals arenāt a fit due to her high prey drive. Big noises may spook her and car rides still need work, but Rose recovers quickly and bonds hard. She thrives in an active home with structureāeither as the center of attention or with dog-savvy canine pals, and older kids will love her playful, protective energy. Fiercely loyal, sheās the type to sit bedside during sick days, giving her whole heart freely to her people. If you want a dog who brings both companionship and athletic drive, Rose is ready for her next chapter in Houston, TX. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
