Linda Marie, a 5-year-old mama, spent years living as an overlooked stray, bravely doing whatever she could to protect and provide for her babies. Through every challenge she faced, her love for Joey never wavered. She watched over him constantly, keeping him safe and teaching him how to survive. Joey, now a handsome 1-year-old boy, has had a very different outlook on life. From the moment he was rescued, he showed a trusting and affectionate personality, eager to accept the kindness and love people offered him. Together, they share an incredible bond that has carried them through so much and continues to give each other comfort and security every day. Linda Marie is still learning that humans can be a source of safety and love, and she is making progress at her own pace.
