Though he is around 14 years old, Skipper remains active and house trained. His vaccinations are up to date, and he is ready for a new loving family to enjoy his golden years.
About Skipper
Skipper is a 14-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Beagle, and Dachshund mix who found himself at the shelter after his previous owner could no longer care for him. Heās adjusted to shelter life surprisingly well for his age and shows an easy-going, cheerful personality. Skipper thrives on attention and enjoys cuddle time but isnāt demandingāheās content to relax by your side. Heās still active enough to enjoy regular walks and doesnāt let his senior status slow him down. Skipper is housetrained and immediately does his business outside. He previously lived with a small, senior female dog and enjoyed that companionship, and has proven to be dog friendly at the shelter. Heās also met young children and has done great with them. While his experience with cats is untested, he hasnāt shown aggression and may do well in a multi-pet household. Despite a few natural signs of aging, Skipper has plenty of energy left for companionship and is simply hoping to find a comfortable, loving home for his golden years. Ready to fall in love?
