Meet Lady! This sweet girl’s story starts with heartbreak - dumped in a neighborhood and too scared to let anyone near her for three long days. It’s clear life hasn’t been kind to her. She’s had babies, probably been let down more than once, and learned the hard way that not all humans are safe. But even after all that… she still chooses love! Now safe in a foster home, she’s showing her gentle, loyal heart. She loves her people (especially older kids) and once she trusts you, she’ll love you with everything she has. She’s laid back, crate-loving, respects our cats, and just starting to believe she’ll never be left behind again. We think she is around 6 years old, and a Jack Russell terrier mix of some sort!
