Meet Sparrow — Ready to Spread Her Wings and Soar! Sparrow is a beautiful 12-week-old female puppy with a stunning tricolor coat of reddish-tan, white, and black. With her bright eyes and sweet expression, this little girl is as captivating as the tiny bird she is named after. Sparrow and her sister, Sunbeam, were found wandering the streets of the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas—two vulnerable puppies facing a very uncertain future. Alone and without anyone to protect them, their story could have ended very differently. Thankfully, Sparrow is now safe with Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue, where she is receiving all the love and care she needs as she prepares for the next chapter of her life. This sweet girl appears to be a Heeler mix, which means she is likely to grow into an intelligent, loyal, and active companion. Sparrow is curious, affectionate, and full of puppy charm. She is ready to learn, explore, and bond deeply with a family who will guide her with patience and love. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and our dogs are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm. Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state. (This is typically around $75.00. Adopter will pay actual cost.)
