Meet Kelly Brackett Four-month-old Kelly Brackett came all the way from Texas and has truly started to blossom in foster care. While she was shy at first, this happy little girl has really come out of her shell and is showing everyone just how fun, loving, and playful she can be. Kelly is absolutely a “dog's dog” — she LOVES other dogs and wants to be friends with every single one she meets, especially the bigger dogs. Playing with her canine buddies is one of her favorite things in the world, and her tail is constantly wagging while she bounces around the yard having the best time. She has the sweetest personality and just wants so badly to be loved. Once she trusts you, she melts right into you for pets and affection. Her beautiful eyes and constantly wagging tail make it impossible not to fall for her. Even though Kelly spent much of her early life outside, she has been doing amazing with house training and is learning home life quickly. She sleeps peacefully each night on a dog bed beside her foster parents' bed and loves being part of the family routine. She's also very food motivated, which makes training easy and fun.
