About Sadie

Sadie came into rescue after being found in a field as a puppy and has since been enjoying the comforts of a foster home. She’s a young, energetic Labrador/Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix who brings a flurry of happy chaos wherever she goes. Her foster family adores her, but her need for action and supervision is a bit much for their quieter lifestyle. Sadie thrives on activity, enjoys being around kids and other dogs, and loves playtime. She barks at cats and will chase them, but she’s learned—thanks to a few scratches—to be careful. Sadie is potty trained, knows 'sit' and 'down' for treats, and her streak of stubbornness is classic Lab. With her short yellow coat and puppy energy, she’s looking for an active home that can give her the engagement and routine she craves. Fun fact: Sadie was born on January 1, making her a Capricorn—determined, spunky, and ready for new adventures. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
