AvailableAbout Max
Friendly, playful, Originally from a hoarding case. Max was adopted and returned 24 hours later. Adopter claimed that Max had multiple seizures in the 24 hours that she had him. The seizures reportedly happened after eating two different grain free dog foods. Max has been monitored by shelter staff for the last month and no seizures have been seen. We recommend keeping Max on a regular dog food and avoiding grain-free diets as a precaution. If seizures happen in the future, Max will need to be evaluated by a veterinarian and would most likely be placed on daily medication to prevent seizures.
