He is a work of ART (get it?!), meet Artie! Artie came to us from a local dog control facility, but he isn't letting an unknown past stop him from a bright future! He is goofy, friendly, and loves to play with his friends. We aren't sure how he feels about other dogs yet, as he's still getting his bearings with us, but we will update his bio when we know more!
