He is outgoing and playful and likes to be as close as possible to his human. This loving boy is neutered and uses the litter box well. He is currently living with another cat and a small dog, and does well with both. He likes to chuff and is quite chatty with people. He is around 6-7 years old. We are not sure how Otis would do with children.
