About Cleo

Cleo – ID# 18995 – Kennel #306 – Arrived May 14th (Stray) – Chihuahua – Brown – Female – 9 Years Old – 6.125 lbs – Up to Date on Vaccines – Heartworm Negative Cleo is a nine-year-old brown Chihuahua with enormous ears, big soulful eyes, and a presence far larger than her 6.125 lbs would suggest. She arrived at Cobb Animal Services as a stray on May 14th, and how a little girl this precious and this sweet ended up without a home is a question without a good answer. What is certain is that she deserves one β€” and soon. Cleo loves to be held, loves to go for walks, and loves treats β€” and she already knows that sitting politely is the fastest way to earn one. She is tiny and precious in every sense of the word, the kind of dog who fits perfectly in your lap, in the crook of your arm, or tucked beside you on the couch at the end of a long day. There is something deeply unfair about a nine-year-old dog β€” sweet, gentle, and full of love β€” waiting in a shelter kennel not knowing what comes next. Senior dogs feel that uncertainty in ways that are hard to witness. Cleo has so much left to give, and she deserves to spend her golden years exactly where she belongs β€” safe, warm, and cherished. Adopting a senior dog like Cleo is one of the most rewarding things a person can do. She is not a project or a question mark β€” she is a little soul who knows how to love and is simply waiting for someone to love her back. If you have a lap, a soft bed, and a heart with room in it, Cleo is your girl. Come meet her in Kennel #306 β€” she will happily sit for a treat and absolutely steal your heart.
