Gunner is a 3–4‑year‑old, 25‑pound sweetheart who has been through a lot but you’d never know it from his bright, friendly spirit. After being hit by a car and relinquished by his owners, he underwent surgery for a badly broken pelvis and has now made a full recovery. He’s resilient, gentle, and more than ready for a fresh start. Gunner is one of the friendliest dogs you’ll ever meet. He is great with other dogs, kids, and even cats. He has solid house‑pet experience, is house trained, sleeps happily in bed, and rides calmly in the car. He is looking for a home with a fenced yard. Gunner has thrived at the rescue but now that he is healed, he deserves a home of his own where he’ll be loved and well cared for.
