He absolutely adores gentle pets and feels happiest when he’s close to people he trusts. He also gets along well with other dogs and enjoys their company. Loud noises and busy environments can make him nervous, so Emilio would do best in a calm, patient home where he can slowly build confidence and feel safe. Once he opens up, he is incredibly sweet and loving. He is not cat friendly and can be a little protective around food, so mealtimes should be separate from other pets. One of Emilio’s favorite things in the world is stuffed animals. Watching him carry them around is impossible not to smile at. Emilio is looking for someone kind and patient who will give this sensitive little soul the love and security he deserves.
