🍔 Cheeseburger 🍔 Who doesn't love a good cheeseburger? And "good" is an understatement for this guy - he's wonderful, sweet, and truly one of a kind. Cheeseburger came to us as a stray with some significant wounds that appeared to be bite-related. Despite whatever he may have been through, he has held absolutely no grudges. He is one of the gentlest, sweetest boys you could ever hope to meet. Because his injuries were from an unknown source, Cheeseburger had to complete a 4-month quarantine period with us. During that time, he completely stole the hearts of our staff and quickly became a favorite around the shelter. Now he's all healed up, and you'd never know anything had happened. While we may not know much about his past, we know his future is looking very bright. Cheeseburger appears to be house trained and keeps a very neat kennel. He walks beautifully on a leash - so beautifully, in fact, that he usually lingers behind you like he's letting you take the lead! Don't let his 68-pound size fool you; this boy is incredibly easy to walk and would do well with just about anyone. He also seems content around other four-legged friends. Overall, Cheeseburger is just one big gentle cuddle bug with so much love to give. He would make an amazing addition to almost any home, even for a first-time dog owner.
