About Ash

Ash Est. DOB 3/2026 Adoption fee: $250 Ash’s story began when his mom, Ember, wandered into a stranger’s garage searching for a safe place to give birth. Ember climbed into the homeowner’s car and gave birth to five beautiful kittens: Cinder, Sparky, Blaze, Ash, and Hazy. When the homeowner discovered Ember and her babies in their car, they kindly began caring for them and reached out to us for help. Ember definitely chose the right garage that day. Ash is a gorgeous long-haired black kitten with soft fur, bright light blue/green eyes, and a fearless personality. He is always the first to greet us at the door, the first to investigate something new, and the first to dive headfirst into any adventure. He certainly leads the way for his siblings. Ash is curious, confident, and full of playful energy. Even with his adventurous side, he is also very affectionate. After a long day of playing, especially with his favorite ball track toys, he loves nothing more than curling up in your lap for a nap. He’s also a huge fan of wet food and will happily inhale his meals the second they hit the floor. Ash is looking for a forever home where he can continue to explore, play, and cuddle with his humans. With his brave personality and loving heart, Ash is sure to bring endless joy and entertainment to the lucky family who adopts him. He must be adopted with another cat or into a home with a friendly resident cat, as cats are highly social animals that thrive with companionship. Having a feline friend provides comfort, enrichment, and healthy social development. Ash and his siblings will be ready to go to their forever homes after June 7th, once they have fully recovered from their spay and neuter surgeries. If you're interested in adopting Ash, please submit an adoption application at https://www.husshaven.org/adoptable-pets. The adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, microchip, FVRCP vaccines, rabies vaccine for cats 6 months and older, FeLV testing for cats under 6 months, FeLV+FIV testing for cats 6 months and older, and treatment for fleas, worms, and other common parasites.
