Found as a stray, not much is known about her early life, but what’s clear is that Madysen has a playful, big-hearted nature and a real need for structure. She acts like an oversized puppy—strong, lively, and always ready to move. Daily exercise is non-negotiable: think running, hiking, or regular outings to a fenced yard or even doggie daycare. She’s mouthy and loves to jump, so positive reinforcement and obedience training will be important. Madysen’s high energy suits a home with another male dog of similar size and stamina, but she’s not a good fit for homes with small or senior dogs. Her response to cats is unknown, so a cat-free home—or one committed to slow, careful introductions—is necessary. Any current resident dog will need to join her for a meet and greet.
