Penny is an active, playful girl who loves to stay on the go ‍ and be part of whatever's happening. Whether it's playtime, walks, or just hanging out with her people, she's happiest when she's included and having a good time. Because of her young, energetic personality, Penny may do best in a home without very small children. She's still learning her manners and will thrive with a family that can continue guiding her as she grows into the amazing dog she's meant to be . If you're looking for a loving, adventurous companion who's ready to bring joy and excitement into your home , Penny is ready to meet you and start her next chapter The adoption fee is $450 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. We're open from 12-4 PM Tuesday - Saturday! Did you know you don't need to have an appointment to visit our available cats and dogs***? Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days. Once you're approved, you can return on the date and time set up by your adoption counselor, with your family for a meet and greet. If it goes well, you can take your new best friend home on the meet and greet day! If you have other dogs in your home, they must all meet the potential adoptee. It may save you a trip to bring them with you when you visit, if you are certain you want to adopt a new family member. ***Please note that animals in foster homes cannot be viewed at our rescue, and appointments are still required to meet them.
