Juniper is a high energy dog who loves trick training, adventures, playing rough out in the yard, and prowling the property for pests and intruders. She absolutely loves to cuddle and be close with her human as much as possible, but is crate trained as well. Junie will follow you around the house making sure you’re always safe and would love to climb in bed with you at the end of the day! She is currently trained to stay off couches and beds though. If you let her on the couch one time, she will not forget it! Her DNA results are 45.3% Great Pyrenees, 26.5% American Pitbull terrier, 18.5% Australian Cattle Dog, and 9.7% Supermutt. She can become territorial of her property and is selective about other dogs. Without enough exercise or mental stimulation, she will dig and get into things. She has always been an anxious girl and will do best in a home without small children or other dogs. Juniper is fully house trained and knows sit, paw, spin, play dead (BANG), down, and to “go to your bed” (her place). She walks well with a no pull harness and is not reactive on walks. She responds well to trick training and is incredibly intelligent. Talk to her, she will listen and learn to understand! She is very food motivated, loves toys (blue ones especially), and any type of dog chews. She really is a sweet, loyal girl at heart and despite her struggle to settle sometimes- will make a perfect companion for someone who is willing to commit time to her.
