Pippinâs story isnât easy. She grew up in a loving family, living with kids and plenty of affection, but when life changed for her people, she was left behind. Neighbors noticed her sitting by the door waiting for her family to return, but they never did. A compassionate couple took her in so she wouldnât be left outdoors alone, and now sheâs in a foster home, learning to trust again. Sheâs a medium-sized American Staffordshire and Pit Bull mix with a short, black and brown brindle coat. Sheâs adjusted well, even if a little shy for the first few minutesâher sweet personality shows through once she warms up. Pippin does well with other dogs and is fully house trained. She hasnât been around cats yet. Sheâs affectionate with people and still looking for someone who wonât give up on her. Pippin needs a home ready for a real commitment.
