Madam is the kind of cat who believes your lap was made specifically for her (she’s not wrong…). She would happily spend her entire day curled up on you, purring like a tiny engine, and drooling when she’s especially content. She does this funny thing where she stares at you longingly waiting for approval to crawl into your lap. Madam has plenty of playful spark. She lives for playtime, especially wand toys that let her show off her impressive “matrix-style” leaps through the air. Before every pounce, she does the cutest little wiggle-butt shimmy, locking in on her target with laser focus before launching herself into action. She’s also a total social butterfly with other cats. Madam adores feline friends and insists on close relationships—rubbing against them, snuggling in tight, grooming them, and, of course, expecting the favor returned. Personal space is not her thing when it comes to other cats. She’ll need a feline buddy in her new home, and will expect to be near her human constantly when they’re home too. Madam is expressive and not shy about sharing her opinions. She’ll chirp, whine like a toddler, and chat to let you know exactly how she’s feeling—especially if something isn’t going her way. She does have some special dietary needs, and while we haven’t determined whether she simply has food sensitivities or something like IBS/IBD, she is currently thriving (and finally slowly gaining weight) on a raw rabbit diet (frozen viva raw). Madam also has a mild form of “cow hocked” hindlegs which simply makes her gait look a little strange, but she walks, runs, and jumps just fine and it isn’t painful for her. Est. DOB April 2025, she is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Please note that the Misfit Felines policy requires that young kittens will either need a sibling to go home with or there must be another playful/young feline already in the home.
